I began my professional career 40 years ago in nursing and midwifery, and later moved into NHS leadership and social care.
I’ve always loved supporting people, and my interest in career, health and wellbeing coaching is firmly rooted in seeing how the right combination of approaches can make a difference.
I learnt a lot about how to support people from feeling stuck, to a place of wellbeing, and in 2010 I became an accredited coach and founded Achievingoals.
Today I layer my executive experience, my health coaching, and mindfulness-based NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) into my integrated coaching service.
My flexible and effective approach helps people make positive and lasting changes to the way they live and work.
